JUNGLE GYM RECORDS presents "Shelter From Environment," a collaborative effort from JG mainstays Dravier and V. Kristoff. Taken from a single live recording, JGT07 explores the physical and psychological vulnerabilities of humans in the natural environment. Part "I" focuses on the latter, pondering life without the social and material constructs we look to for mental stability in our modern world. Loosely inspired by the American Southwest, Part "II" recalls a habitat of mirage and dehydration, as tumbleweed rolls past unaware. A heady move in abstract and freeform territory, "Shelter From Environment" is as rewarding as it is challenging, and it's exclusively from JUNGLE GYM.
